Having trouble staying away from fast food burgers and chicken nuggets?
You will not after reading these.
I've drastically cut down on fast food which I am sure is a huge reason I've had success this year. I think I would have stopped sooner had I read these. So share with yourself or other friends and family still eating fast food. Wonder why it is so cheap, well now you will know.
I still make a burger at home/ I use grass fed organic beef and it comes out cheaper than a fast food burger. Amazing what just a little effort can net you. And organic beef that is grass fed almost has a fish like omega fat profile. Much better for you than grain fed beef.
