So much to fight for sure. Not only do we deal with the mental, emotional, and physical aspects of weight loss, we have the hormonal and chemical aspects as well. Sigh...
One thing that keeps me moving forward through all of this is taking care of myself. I went to a training on Friday for work and learned about (my mind is now blank for the term...will post when I remember) but essentially when you are not interested in something, your brain fights against you. When you have ownership and buy in your brain works with you.
