Question time to lower points??

Hi all.
I have been on ww for eight weeks and I've lost 15.2 so far. Last week I only lost. 2 the lowest loss I've had so far. So my question is is it time to lower my points? ?. Or when do you lower your dp??. How many pounds down do you ajust them? . I'm just scared I'm not losing now.

Weight loss is not linear. You will not lose every week - and 2lbs/week (average) is at the highest end of a healthy loss. WW will lower your DP as you lose.

right...do you weigh in every week? if you look on your little sticker in your weights it will tell you how many pts you get, it will automatically adjust for you

don't go down to early

I'm at the lowest you can go and it sucks hahaha

Not every meeting checks your DP allowance every week, you should ask on Saturday. With that amount of weight loss so far you should probadly be down a few Pts. If you have a Pts calculator you can calculate it yourself, I have one but would need your stats. Age, weight and height.

I found my dps went down about one every 5lbs lost but it is different depending on your stats.

WW lowers my points about every 5 lbs.

But, on the online program you can adjust them up or down depending on what you are trying to achieve.

You could try self adjusting, but I personally wouldn't.

A loss is a loss, and like previously mentioned weight loss is not linear. I have been working on the same 5 lbs for a damn month lol

Oh I know. Like I said these five pounds are pissing me off lol. But it will come off. Eventually, it doesn't have a choice really! I think I stayed at 37 for a while. Then I hit 35. I have trouble at 35. I got sick of being stuck so I changed a few things up. Hopefully this kicks my body back into losing mode!

Just don't get frustrated. Like I said. It will come off, there is no choice if you are staying on plan.
