Default Supplements

Somebody posted a photo of the vitamins they use from the Vitamin Shoppe. Does anybody have EXACT vitamins that they use that has the same amount as the ideal protein? Getting too expensive for me

So far, the only supplement I have subbed has been the Omega 3. I did a little bit of research and wanted something very similar to the values of the IP brand but cost effective. I ended up going to Costco and buying the Kirkland Super Concentrate Omega 3 (300 softgel/bottle). Each softgel contains 420mg EPA & 280mg DHA. I take 3 gels a day. Kirkland uses Meg-3 brand fish oil concentrate so it's been ultra-purified.

I have the same problem. I'm just switching to other supplements. I ordered them all on amazon. I switched to GNC Omega, Costco's Brand (Kirkland Signature) Calcium Citrate, and One a Day Women's Plus Healthy Skin Support (I'm hoping these will help with my skins elasticity since it seems to already be having a hard time keeping up with my loss).

You just need a good complete supplement. IP makes a lot of money with their brands by making you think the diet will only work using their products.
