General chatter - Two pounds

Weight myself today and I was to pounds lighter than a week ago. Woohoo, right! I know it isn't much but it's better than nothing or gaining weight. And maybe as I slowly lose the weight I also slowly learn to keep the weight off, by learning to eat right.
So two pounds lighter. Woohoo!

Thank you so much! Also I tried on this denim skirt that I made in high school and it fits! Last time I tried it, I got it on but breathing and sitting weren't preferrable options to do while wearing it... :carrot:

Keep in mind that it is pretty much physically impossible to lose more than around 2.5 pounds of fat a week (any extra is usually water, or muscle) so a two pound loss is pretty amazing. And as the weeks go by a two pound loss really adds up!
So give yourself a round of applause!
