Weight Watchers - Home deydrated/dried fruit and veggies

I've checked lots of labels on dried/deydrated foods. Seems that if you buy it the fruit especially has points.

So, I've been doing some of my own, no sugar or corn syrup or whatever, maybe just a bit of cinnamon.

Anyone know if you do it at home with no additives is it still 0 points?

I asked my leader at meeting tonight, she said she would see if she could find out, but was just wondering if anyone here might know?:D

I can't answer you, though I WOULD like to know this myself. I mostly just wanted to say CONGRATULATIONS on two years of maintaining! :D That's just so awesome!

I think it would be zero cause you aren't adding anything to it, besides cinnamon which wouldn't increase the point value.

I would imagine 0 because you're still getting the fiber and there are no sugary additives. I have been dreaming about doing just what you're doing so let me know how it goes. I've also really wanted to make my own jerky, but I think my cats might go bananas.
