This AM I made a chocolate pudding shake with coffee, ice and water and splash of vanilla. I ate nothing else with it. I chewed on a piece of sugar free dessert gum (0/0/0 in it, this my friend told me to have she is on phase 4) and I was NOT hungry. I am trying desperately NOT to take a taste of this or that but it is so hard to break second nature habits I want to be 100% cheat free this week.
BUT I am not "starving" in the AM nor between meals thus far.
It is slowly starting to kick in mentally.
