sarahBell it's not a terrible thing if you have 4 pkts today so long as at least 3 of them are non-restricted. Otherwise, maybe have a little more protein, a hard boiled egg or, some people divide their 8 oz of protein between lunch and dinner. Perhaps that would help? It's hard not to focus on food but sooner or later, something will click and you'll realize that you aren't affected by the hunger pangs anymore because eventually, they subside and go away! Try drinking more H20, have some herbal tea with a dash of cinnamon (just got that tip) and distract yourself in other ways FAR AWAY from the kitchen.
