How much weight do you have left to lose until you hit goal?

(I'm sure this thread has been done before, sorry lol)

I have 43.5 lbs left to lose!

Less than 10lbs to my original goal of 150 and less than 25lbs to my possible new goal of 135. Exciting and scary at the same time!

94lbs for me.... sounds like quite a bit, but WOW I can't remember how long it's been since that number was under 100!!! Thanks for the renewed motivation, 94 sounds like so much less than 100 somehow lol. Must just be something about two digits. :)

126... yikes, sounds scary... and it's still the weight of a person in the normal range for my height.

I've got just over 50lbs to lose to reach my 160 goal. If I hit that, I'll be the weight I was in Jr. High! Really, I'll be ecstatic with every pound I lose from here on out. I'm inching into new territory -- haven't seen the other side of 200 in a LONG time.

111.8 to go! It's a lot but I feel so good to have started working on this when I did, because if I hadn't I would have 27+ more to go. :3

About 29lbs!
(It's a great thread idea, Mozzy!)

I like this thread. It seems so massive but after doing the math, I realize I am so close to having just 50 pounds left to lose. I mean that's doable.

That's the way I look at it... 50 lbs seems like a drop in the bucket to me compared to how much I had to lose in the beginning. The last time I lost weight, I bounced back up when I was within 40 lbs of my goal. SO CLOSE! I'm not going to quit this time until I get there -- and hopefully I can STAY there!

One hundred and two by my scale. I can't wait to be under the hundred pound mark!

50-60 but if I look decent and my blood glucose is happy I might stop sooner than my ticker goal.

83 left to goal... and I never thought I would get under the 100+ lbs to lose... Now I can't wait to get to 73 as that is 1/2 way and OOOOOO I want that!

I have 35 pounds to go to hit my 160 goal. That goal may change, I set it because it gets me out of the obese BMI into overweight. Since I can't really imagine weighing 160, I really just have to wait and see about a goal. It may in up being either higher or lower.

35 pounds does not sound like a big deal after losing over 100.

15 pounds until I hit ticker goal. I choose that number at the start of the journey because it seemed realistic yet so unattainable at the time (reason for not going lower). In my mind 170 is still the unattainable goal but I'm reaching for it and if I get there I will re-evaluate.

Right around 45 pounds. :)

To reach my ultimate goal of 135, I still have about 104 lbs to lose. But, I already have it in the back of my mind that - once I reach 150 - I will re-evaluate my overall goal from there because I have a slightly larger bone structure, so it's possible I only have around 90 lbs to lose. I'll have to see when I get there!

My goal weight changes every few days but today, we'll just say 45lbs.

somehow i picked 150 as my goal although now i dont even remember why...it might have been connected to the BMI chart but i'm not sure...so my ticker says i have about 30 pounds left...i'm not sure anymore because 1) the scale has been haywire ever since i started weight training, my clothes fit better but the scale went WAY up and 2) i look alot smaller than 180-190, according to my doctor, and she said something about the tests that show i have super-dense bones(???) so i'm not sure how i will look with another 30 pounds gone

I have 94 lbs. I've only lost 6 so far, but that 6 has happened since the beginning of this month, and it's actually starting to look achievable :)

61 pounds down - and 18 more to go....although it may change once I get there, I have a strange feeling that from where I am now it will be closer to 30!

One day at a time.. :)

I passed my original goals of 165 and 160. I lowered it to 130-140, but I'm really going until I'm satisfied or tired of losing. So at 158 I'm something like 20-30 pounds away, or I'm beyond goal and this is just bonus. Take your pick :)

Not exactly sure; but probably about 30 to 40 more will be where I land and call maintenance. I have lost 50 so far; so I am over the hump... let's hope it's all downhill from here. :D

I have 41.8 pounds to get to my ultimate goal of 150 lbs - which isn't really my ultimate goal. I'll probably end up somewhere between 120-140 pounds. I would love to get to 120, because it will be 100 pounds lost but I'm big boned (or so I've been told my entire life - we'll see about that) so I might look too skinny at 120. I could probably reach my goal by the end of the year if the holidays don't sabotage me.

51 pounds to get to my original goal of 155. I may adjust down once I get closer.

42 pounds to go!
But only five to my next mini goal!!!

I have 86 pounds left to reach my ticker goal. But since that was a more or less randomly chosen number, I will re-evaluate my goal when I get to 145. I weight train, so I know that I will have to settle out around a number that seems heavy for my height.

90-95 lbs for my ultimate goal. 20.4lbs until my next mini goal!

Some where around 70 lbs. I have never considered myself normal... Always too fat. But now it is just about my health. I am one of those people who has never been under 165 as an adult.

104 lbs left. But as I get closer I'm going to re-evaluate. My real goal is ti have 21-22% body fat regardless of what the scale says.

HelloNurse

It seems like most of us have "soft" goals in mind with plans to re-evaluate as we approach our goals. I like that; it shows that we know better now than to fixate on a particular number.

My minigoal is to be 195 by the time my flight leaves Oct 3rd, so 5lbs. My long goal is 175-180, so 20-25lbs.
