Default IP and Smell

So I did IP from October to December last year and my sense of smell was off the charts. I am back on for a reboot and noticed today that my smell is amplified. For example, when I was on the first time my husband would have a beer out with friends and I would be repulsed by the smell. Tonight he had a beer watching the game and I can smell him from 5 feet away and its awful...sorry DH.

Please tell me I am not alone. What the heck is going on? When I am not on IP I never notice...

I can't really say, because I have always had a super strong sense of smell. I will have to pay attention to see if it seems stronger now.

That is interesting. Can't say that I've noticed one way or another. I'll have to pay attention now.

Whenever I am on a low-calorie diet, my sense of smell increases a lot. I also sneeze a lot more and get the hiccups a lot. I have no idea why this is.

I noticed that certain foods that used to smell good to me now make me feel sick. I wish they would take McDonalds out of Walmart. All I can smell now is burnt grease. To think that used to be appealing to me...

I have also noticed that smelling something off-protocol (bread, chocolate, corn on the cob, etc) is as satisfying to me as eating it would be. I swear sometimes I can taste it!
