I'm listening in on the advice as I'm in the same boat with Sarah89. My eating turned to crap (and I know why) and the motivation to get back at it and do better is just gone. I've been stuck at 288/289 for a while now and I'm trying to get back to caring about my body again (by getting back on track).
Sarah, we can do this
by taking things one meal at a time - shoot, maybe even one moment at a time in some instances. I'm here for you if you ever need to talk, vent, gripe, whatever...
