So I started this whole thing on August 21st after my doctor gave me "that speech" you know the one where she tells you that you are obese and just hearing the word makes your heart sink? Yes "that speech"...I've been logging my food on MyFitnessPal and created my own little word document journal. I haven't started a blog yet...but I might..we'll see..for now I'm doing good and sticking close or meeting my calorie threshhold. I'm happy with how I feel so far but I did tell friends and family...ask me on Day 10 or 15 or 20 how I'm doing. May I will start a blog... hmmm we'll see...

Here's to small changes to help make a big impression! :D

Every day counts! And you don't get to day 50, day 75, or day 300 without going through Days 1 - 7!
