@wanaskip- Dont worry its a small shift, one thing we all should remember if we are going to weigh in daily, there will be ups and downs and stalls even when you do everything right. Just keep swimming!! As long as you are in the general weight loss direction you will get there. Keep doing what you know is right, and smile each of us are beautiful and we are here to be happy so be happy because at least you are many your changes and going in the right direction. :hug:

Weighing in daily dies keep me on track but sometimes it also gets me tied in knots over any stall or gain- its a journey- I'm making the best choices I can and I feel better everyday! The scale will go down eventually:)

I stayed in the same place yesterday- I'm good with that. I've list these first 30 pounds rather quickly and now it's time to up it a notch! Sticking with about 1500-1800 calories with a once a weekish 2000 limit. As unprocessed and unrefined as possible and I'm pretty proud of myself.
Hopi g to find a decent elliptical for the basement because my 2 year old and husband who works crazy hours makes it hard for me to get to the gym- my hearts belongs to Zumba but I'm not going to let it ruin my day if I can't get there because of my husbands job. We really need the money.

Anyway- sorry for the ramble! Does anyone have any good Zumba DVD recommendations?

I weighed in at 248 on the 9th, then i got to 241, ate out and went right back up. So idk how it works as far as challenges and water weight from too much sodium in one meal, kinda feels like cheating if i win that way. im just gonna keep on truckn to 238 and lower! :)

Finally budging from my plateau! Zumba does wonders, I'm telling you!

So my awkwardness prevailed yesterday- did Zumba- no problem, them did something wangyness to my knee when talking my toddler up to bed. I walk with a swagger now( and its not very pretty!) lol
It better smarten up soon because I'm finally on a work out roll!!

Cheerilos- way to go on flushing that pesky water weight away!

Up 1.4!!!! It was shocking but I know I didn't gain from yesterdays food. I did get in more exercise and I do need a little help in the bathroom dept. :o So I'm not going to let it bother me. I will keep on keeping on and this too shall pass.:D

Wannaskipandlaugh: I do like my Zumba. Except for the arm flailing moves, that loose skin flapping under my arms is slightly disturbing hahaha!

The scale is not cooperating. Completely on plan and going up. Grrrrr.

Thank you guys, mountain moms ,don't be discouraged, you could be building muscle or just holding water, stay focused it wont last forever. Try tweaking your diet, eat a little more protein calories (safest to add) without gaining imo. Or try working out less if you're killing it in the
GyM, if not try working out harder, just little tweaks can get you back in the right direction.

Ended up having a slip up for lunch, burger king salad with...2 caesar dressings (360calories):o

That's ok,I did want to up my calories/carbs today but in a healthier way... Had spinach, protein banana, blueberry almond milk smoothie for breakfast. I'm going to have a uber strict dinner tonight.

Mara: dinner last night was ok! I had one small potato with a bit of sour cream, a small piece of pork and a healthy fruit crisp I made. Passed on ice cream and garlic cheese bread- drank a bunch of water and a coffee with skim milk.

However- my weight is up again! The food was cook in a crock pot, so all I can figure is sodium and maybe butter are to blame hidden in the crock while cooking. I'm just so frustrated because everyday for twoonths I have barely passed 15-1700 calories and am as active as possible and at a stand still. I must be doing something wrong. Could not be eating enough? Or do I need to eat done different things? I eat no preservatives, nothing refined if at all possible- loads of veggies and plenty protein, only healthy fats. i don't eat in the evenings, i stsy away from all sweets and processed snacks. I never had this trouble the last time i lost weight..Just super disheartened right now, but trying my best to be patient, and staying on track.

Exercise is what I need to work on- I do a Zumba class 1-2 times a week and watp DVDs 1-2 times a week. I guess I need to find time somewhere to fit a few walks in. Thanks for the advice, cheeri!

I put this over on the 2% challenge and same applies here-
"I had a 2 lb drop since yesterday. Finally got back to and passed my weight on the 16th (255.2) before water/sodium gain happened. I don't think I will be playing in this challenge for the win since I dropped so fast and it wasn't true fat losses, which wouldn't be fair. I will add my weights just for fun. I'm praying I hang on to these numbers and/or drop some more today."
