A day late, but either way... here is the place to post your daily menus & stay honest :D

Phase 1.5 (fruit, no grain)

Omlette (1 egg + egg whites) w/ green peppers & onion
Glass of skim milk

Cherry tomatoes

T. Kielbasa
Greek Yogurt w/ blueberries

Celery w/ ranch
2 onion rings :devil:

Meatballs (homemade, no bread cumbs) w/ nsa marinara & fresh parm
Garden salad w/ romaine, tomaotes, cucumber, onion, cauliflower & ranch
Glass of skim milk

Cheese string (when munchie)

Yesterday -
B: spinach, ham and onion omelette
S: veggies and hummus
L: tuna salad (with beans and veggies) with triscuits
D: homemade pizzas (pepperoni, mushrooms, onions on a tortilla

You looked lonely in here, river girl ;)

Been bad with posting this week, I have been suffering from the diet plateau blahs. I have stayed on plan, just not feeling motivated.

Phase 1.5 (fruit, no grain)

Omlette (2 eggs) w/ red and green peppers & onion
Glass of skim milk

Veggie & chick pea soup
Diet coke

Caeser salad w/ romaine, fresh parm, tomatoes, onions & renees garlic lovers dressing
Greek yogurt w/ vanilla
1/2 Banana
Peanuts (1 oz)

Cauliflower w/ ranch if munchie later on.
