So, long story short Life happens. Lots has been going on (new job, new location, new living arrangement, etc) and I've been less than diligent about what's been going on my fork. I'm up a staggering 9 pounds from my lowest weight since starting this journey :yikes:!

Got to nip it in the bud. This morning out came my trusty calculator and kitchen scale. Breakfast was measured and recorded and lunch has been portioned and packed. I will hit 120! I will!

Way to go on your weight loss journey! :cp: Youre doing great though, you'll get there! How long has it taken you to get this far?

Thanks. I started last September, so almost a year ago.

Update: Today I'm feeling a little rough. I'm already over my target intake (1600) by 93. I'm really having to exercise my will power to keep from eating for entertainment this evening.

I brush my teeth if I start feeling like I need to snack in the evening. Works for me, maybe it will work for you? Also lots of water :-))

Just know even if you're over today you're doing better than yesterday and can do better tomorrow :sunny:

Remember that the first few days can be tough! It does get easier. Drink lots of water, and you should get a whoosh. Whooshes are awesome:)
