Hi gang- Day 5 of induction. Its not terrible..though around 2-3pm I feel very fatigued. Wouldn't call it the "low carb flu" but just blah. Loving my new "dog breath" its great lol

Still trucking a long. Although I go from "This is freaking awesome!!" to " I miss carbs" not even bad carbs but something sensible like a piece of fruit. All in good time though..ummm right? lol
The weight loss is the only thing that is keeping me going lol I guess that's all you need.

Hope everyone is doing fantastic!

One of my favorite sayings is "If you want something you've never had...you must be willing to do something you've never done".....its very true. At first, it may seem very diffucult but, the more you see it working, the more motivation that will give you to stick with it. I'm not saying its always easy...but...I am saying it is definitely worth it!
