Gained two pounds, but didn't track my WW points as closely as I should have. So backwards -- but -- I've been quite physically active, working out with my new swim coach. My goal is still to be competitive in regional senior olympic games in the near future.
Just to make a point about weight vs size -- my niece says I've lost weight. I think I'm more trim, so yes, I'll take the compliment!
At 5'10" you can easily flucuate in weight by several lbs. This has nothing to do with fat.
Knowing the difference between fat loss and weight loss can help your mindset quite a bit when you're doing everything right and the scale doesn't cooperate.
