Good afternoon everyone. I have a seafood question, I posted on the ...eating today board too. How much does 8oz of mussels weigh before they are shelled? I looked online and I got 25% of the total weight pre-shelled is edible meat weight. So, 1 kilo of mussels will yield 250g of seafood. Can anyone verify this? Thanks, have a great day.

Just got my box from Nashua Nutrition yesterday and of course had to try the dark chocolate wafer this morning. YUM!

Having some half-caf and the wafer and planning a big day of shopping. Should be a good one.

Good morning. Long day at work for me today (1030-730) so I have my veggies for lunch loaded up, and I made a salad with tuna on it for dinner with some WF thousand islands dressing.

Hope that everyone has a great day! I will check back in this evening.

Morning all! I am reporting from bed. So tired after staying up too late going through my clothes and culling out that which no longer fits. This diet is awesome for making you face all of that accumulation you amass in your life. I now the proud owner of only a handful of pants and skirts, rather than a plethora. It's crazy, but good. I just need to get my hands in some basics ( black sheath dress, pencil skirt, etc.) as i am fortunate that my tops still (kind of) fit due to my "twins" not having changed much.

Onwards and upwards. Hope all have a good day!!

Good morning everyone! Well my honeymoon phase with IP is over. The first two weeks I lost 6 each and this week I think I will see 2. A loss is a loss but I sure did get spoiled on week 2! I am hoping to break into the 160's this week but I've been teetering between 170-171 all week!

Hope you are all having a great day!

How much water is too much water? My husband constantly complains that I drink too much water and it's harmful. I usually drink 100oz to 120oz a day, while he drinks only about 40oz. I think he's crazy and that it's just fine.

What are your thoughts?

I think you'll KNOW if you're drinking too much water. You'll feel nauseous, very uncomfortable. Listen to your body. If you feel sick at all, cut back!

Morning everyone! A little tired after my run-in with caffeinated tea at 8 last night <yawn>.

I think Lisa probably said it best (and much better than I could!) but for those thinking that a small loss isn't much - a loss is a loss. Never mind "only", you lost weight and that's what should matter. You still did great and the number on the scale is still going down. Keep it up!

Yes, I have had this talk with myself a couple of times

Three days left of work then I'm on holidays for 3 weeks - I can make it through, I can make it through...
