I just ate 2 100 calorie things and walked for 2 miles in my house burning 230 calories instead of going all out even though I really wanted to. :D I am really proud of myself because that was really hard and something I wouldn't normally have self control in. So YAY! :D I hope to strengthen my self control even more so I don't even need those 2 things.
