Well. I have a bunch of new goals I want to set. I've been reading about estrogen dominance and I'm pretty convinced I have it. Even if I didn't, none of the recommendations for getting rid of it are unhealthy, so, you know, why not?
But, you know, I can't do everything at once... that's a recipe for failure... so I guess I'll start with (1) a cruciferous veggie every other day, (2) a weak phytoestrogenic food every other day, and (3) 30 minutes of cardio daily. Plus, of course, sticking to my daily WW points and drinking enough water.
I'm afraid I will not be wholly dry today, but I will at least eat my broccoli.
