Firstly, I'm highly embarrassed to post a pic of me in my underwear on a public forum. Although I'm very pleased with my progress, my need for modesty is screaming at me.

Lastly, I'm down 22 lbs and 20.5 inches in 2 months!

Congratulations!~ I too am celebrating my two month mark. Down from 228lbs to 209 lbs, weighed at my doc appointment today. We women truly are strong and beautiful. We can succeed.:) Keep strong and smiling.

Thanks so much!

My diet has slowly evolved. Primarily eating whole foods and lean meats. I've now cut out all grains and began following the Paleo plan. I love it and feel amazing!!!
