In an effort to shame myself into making better choices here's the on plan thread!

Phase 1.5 (some fruit, no grain)

B-2 veggie quiche cups, small piece of ham, coffee with FF creamer
L- large salad with black beans, deli turkey, Cesar dressing
S- plain Greek yogurt with blueberries and truvia
D- grilled chicken breast, roasted veggies, cucumber salad
S- SF chocolate pudding

Greek yogurt w/ vanilla & blueberries

Salad w/ 1HB egg, romaine lettuce, tomatoes, onion, cauliflower & ranch dressing

Chicken breast w/salsa
Brocolli (tons)

Deli ham roll up w/ cream cheese, greenonion & cucumber (when munchie later on)

S: Greek yogurt and berries and truvia
S: meatball casserole, sauteed veggies
Treat: (too much) dark chocolate almond bark

Greek Yogurt w/vanilla

Salad w/ chickpeas, onion, romaine lettuce, tomatoes, cauliflower & ranch

Omlette w/ tomatoes, chives & cheddar
Glass of skim milk

Cucumber w/ rf cream cheese (if munchie later on)

L: small bowl chili, salad with buffalo blue cheese dressing
S: Chocolate PB smoothie
S: Creamy Mexican Casserole

Veggie soup
Diet Coke

Garden salad w/ romaine, tomatoes, onion, cucumber, cauliflower & ranch dressing
Meatballs (homemade, no breadcrumbs) w/ nsa marinara & fresh parm.
Glass of skim milk


Greek yogurt w/ grapes (if munchie in a while)
