If you are not exercising yet, you should start once you are done with P1. Or you could add some light workouts now and intensify later. I have found that gaining muscle tone is a lot more exciting to me than seeing fat go. It also puts me in a different state of mind. I don't know whether it is the difference in hormone balance or the fact that you see quite dramatic changes fast even if the scale does not move. It keeps me totally motivated. In any event, once you have lost all the weight, you will need to find a way to eat that is sufficiently different from before. Otherwise you will just gain the weight back. Now that would be demotivating indeed.
