Thanks for all the support and well wishes!! I am feeling a little better. I'm off heavy pain medicines as of today. I'm not happy with my results because I had asked my doctor for small implants, maybe a C cup. When I woke up from the operation he told me he had to use big implants, they look like double D's! I know they are a little swollen, but they will still be much bigger than I wanted once the swelling goes down. Now I have to live with the extra heavy implants. I hope I can get used to them.

Congratulations to Cindy and Sue on winning the last challenge! I am a couple of pounds heavier than I was before my operation. I'm thinking it's because of the big implants, so I'll take this as my new weight.

I don't know about you guys but this process has been a roller coaster ride to say the least. I had a horrible weekend. I mean horrible with a capital Horrible. I felt ill all weekend and still do. No energy. Foggy brain. Headaches. Jittery. I ate more than usual as I was afraid my body was telling me to eat. Then I had wine. Nothing helped. Not sure what's going on. IanG....you've done such an awesome job, I've seen you continue to go down and down I am just curious to know what your exercise routine is. Do you mind sharing?

Mara...I bet it was good!! I love mexican food! I tried cactus for the first time last month, yummy!!

Smith1313 - I'll be staying home for two weeks. I am having a hard time with the recovery because I had radiation a few months ago, so the radiated tissue is not as healthy as normal tissue. You should definitely go for the lift, I'm sure it will be worth it.

I didn't do my weigh in today. I'll report tomorrow. I think Ian is one breath away from winning this challenge. Watch out Ian because Sue and Tuscany are right behind you!

Thanks Smith1313. My exercise routine is nuts. Monday-Friday I try to run 5 miles each morning and then do 50 minutes weight training at lunch. Occassionally I play tennis or squash after work. I also walk 2 miles to/from work. At the weekends I try to run 5 miles on Saturday and 5 miles on Sunday and do chores like mow the lawn and go grocery shopping.

I should add that I did no exercise until I was 60lbs down. All of that was done with diet. Since then I slowly stepped up the working out.

Today I am having a rest from running because tomorrow I want to push for 10K (6.2 miles).

Up 0.2lbs today. 0.2 days are weird.

Well today I got back down to 253.4! So back on track and hopefully then some come the weekend. I even got up at 4:45 this morning to get in a 1.5 mile walk. lol Every little bit helps right. :D

IAN... well this has been a weird week.... Have you noticed off weeks in the past where they were slower losses? I know tho, these small gains are history very soon in your future! They don't last very long in Ian Land!!! :)

I am down 0.6lbs today.

I have been exercising too much and my leg is very sore from running yesterday (groin area).

I ran 5 miles with it and it was not feeling so good before that. So lesson learned. So I am taking three days off - I have no time this weekend because I have a motorcycle course. I hope that this will give my leg a chance to rest so I will be good to go on Monday.

I also hope that some of my recent gain was water weight from busting it so much and the rest may get rid of that.

Talked to a therapist about my toe at work and I'm starting toe strengthening exercises. LOL! Didn't know there was such a thing but it appears it quite common. I've got to switch it up for a bit for exercise

Thank you Mara.... Its stress muscle pain in my upper left back - shoulder area and the Ibuprofen helps... but I hate the water gain... So Bye Bye ibu and water and I will tolerate the pain...
