Hi i am needing to lose weight and would like to count calories but i dont know how many calories to have in order to lose weight . I am 5ft and 10st 4
any help appreciated

There are several online calorie counters which can help - just do a google search on it.
I am using MyNetDiary and personally find it really helpful, but I am sure there are many others just as good. It gives me the calories I need to keep at my weight, and those I need to lose at a certain rate when working towards a goal. It also gives sensible advice about the goals.

Hi Minnie, I use the app myfitnesspal. You can get it for android and the iPhone. It counts your calories and you can put in exercise too. I have found it really helpful as I am useless calorie counting.
