Default Finally! Down to 275lbs.
I finally hit a mini goal of reaching 275 lbs. I can't remember the last time I weighed that. I started off at 420 wearing 4x shirts and 52 pants if I remember correctly. Now I can wear 2x and 42 pants and I feel MUCH better. Hope everyone is doing well and keep up the fight, it's worth it.

Can I be cheeky and ask if you have any progress pics? If not please take some now! I have one from when I was 200+lbs on my fridge and in 2 more lbs I'm going to take another as a reminder of how far I've come and stick that on the fridge, it really does help to see that every time I go there for something to eat
