Mini-Goals - small results!

I'm so happy to report that I have changed my eating habits, as well as the habits of my family. I've baked and grilled more foods instead of frying them, we've incorporated more fresh veggies and fruits, green salads, and we dropped the night time snacking. We've done this for a full 7 days, and I've already lost 5 pounds! WOOOOO!!! :carrot::woohoo:

Thank you! It's very rewarding to see positive outcomes with change. I also learned that I love to cook and try new things, and the family is loving the new foods, so it's really a win-win!
