Default Labor Day Challenge anyone?

Just jumping back onto the weight loss train and needing a good motivator. Always up for a challenge and I think it would be fun to have some friends along the way.

I was thinking we could weigh in and it doesn't have to be today but jump in when ever you want to. Once you've started the official weigh in day will be on Thursdays. Each week we'll see who our biggest loser is and that person will decide for the following week what the small challenge will be. For example susieloo is the biggest loser her challenge for the week is to drink 8 glasses of water a day for the whole week. The next weigh in day your post will look a bit like this:

How's everyone doing? Down 1.1 as of today! It's not a huge drop but I'm sooo happy that it decided to go down again. At least it's moving in the right direction right?! lol Hope everyone enjoys their day and the scale is dropping and inches are still flying off =)

I am down 2.6 pounds but that is because I haven't had much movement in the last few weeks. I am happy though.

Well today is Thursday... weigh in day right?

I am down a total of 4.8 pounds for the week. This sounds like a lot but honestly I barely moved at all during the 3 weeks prior.

I have to get a scale that works, so I'm unsure of how much I'm starting at. however, I'm doing my own version of the challenge but only until Aug 26 (that's the first day of school) and I'm beginning Aug 2. I even wrote down all sorts of goals.

yeah I'm only getting three or so weeks off because I've been taking summer classes. I will NEVER AGAIN take summer college courses. ever.

Sorry I'm late in coming back but between work and exercising I have little to no free time.

As of yesterday I was done to 282.8
