Just jumping back onto the weight loss train and needing a good motivator. Always up for a challenge and I think it would be fun to have some friends along the way.
I was thinking we could weigh in and it doesn't have to be today but jump in when ever you want to. Once you've started the official weigh in day will be on Thursdays. Each week we'll see who our biggest loser is and that person will decide for the following week what the small challenge will be. For example susieloo is the biggest loser her challenge for the week is to drink 8 glasses of water a day for the whole week. The next weigh in day your post will look a bit like this:
