For those of you who are like me.... I always did better seeing a daily weigh in pattern. So I am going to start a thread for those of you who would like one. You just edit your original post everyday to keep track. Good luck ladies.

22 190.6- gonna be a close call for mini goal number one!!
23 190.2. Tomorrow will be a bust since I work a night shift tonight. Better see 180's on Thursday am!
24 189.8- OMG what a pleasant surprise. Was not expecting a good number today AT ALL!
25 190.2- Not surprised as it takes a few days to stick!

I'll join ya, my weight fluctuates a lot with my cycle (ovulation and period) so it gives me a better idea on my progress if I weigh every morning.

I've been bad with junk this week, staying within my calories but too much fat and sodium. I have 4 children and my husband is overseas so sometimes I do choose easy things or take us out for a treat.

Arwillia- I had a taco salad- no chips- last night and dang did that sodium hit me hard. Darn it!! Oh well it should adjust in a day or two. I have 3 kiddos, and hubby works out of town Mon-Fri so I totally get that! Sometimes a treat is needed!

Getting slightly frustrated with not losing, especially when I'm literally running my butt off (and it is sooo hot and sticky now!). Going to change it up a bit and do some P90x/Insanity type workouts. Found some 10 min workouts on youtube that look interesting, hopefully adding some weights will get things moving again.

IF has been going really well, my cravings to eat all day are gone! But, it's still too early to tell if this diet is the "one," so I'm trying not to get my hopes up.

Awesome! I have been trying the Slim quick drink packets that you mix in water and they seem to help with hunger. Kind of expensive, but I am a boredom eater so I need something to keep me focused. Off to google your plan now Slahti!

i'll join - i've been starting to lose weight again after beeing STUCK for months
7/1 to 7/15 - been stuck between 152 to 154 lbs. taking 154 as SW.
7/16 - 69.2 kg - 152.6 lbs (-1.4 lbs)
7/17 - 68.8 kg - 151.7 lbs (-0.9 bs)
7/18 - 68.5 kg - 151.0 lbs (-0.7 lbs)
7/19 - 68.1 kg - 150.1 lbs (-0.9 lbs)
7/20 - 68.2 kg - 150.4 lbs (+0.3 lbs)
7/21 - 67.7 kg - 149.3 lbs (-1.1 lbs) !!!!! hit the 140's !!!!!

thank you jaimie1980! yeah, i shouldn't complain that all i have to lose is 20 lbs, but it seems so hard!!! esp a few days ago, when i was completely stuck... now i am seeing some light in the end of the tunnel!

Slightly frustrated with myself for having so much junk this week! Can't wait to get out of the 180s! My daughter's 9th birthday is Tues and the kids all voted for Chinese buffet, kinda dreading that since it will also be PMS week. Too hot to run so I've started doing youtube exercise videos with the kids, lots of fun.

Arrwillia- keep the faith, there are good options at Chinese buffets. They usually have salad bars too. You can handle it, keep going!

Down to 191.0 today. Not much but after going to the fair yesterday I am thrilled to not be up!

SLahti it keeps me accountable too! Can't let people see me fail, lol! You are soooo close to onderland, you can't stop!! Seeing a 1XX on the scale is so awesome. I bet you will be there by the end of August for sure.
Today- 190.6. I can taste those 180's! My cute jeans fit me at about 172, so it would be fabulous to get there by my bday in 12 weeks.

Arrwillia- Awesome! I will be 33 on 10/06, and I keep telling myself I wasted my 20s being fat, I need to get skinny for the rest of my 30s. 40 scares me lol. That would be amazing to make goal by then; we need to cheer eachother on. I figure at best I could prob make 162ish, but that would be really tough for me as I am not much for exercising. I always do best just watching what I eat. Also, having been sedentary for the last 2.5 years while in school, working in a busy hospital seems to be a good amount of activity. LOTS of walking, which is far more than I have previously done. So I am going to say my bday goal is 172, and my Xmas goal is 152. I will take off the week of xmas to new years, and start fresh with a final goal of 130-145 (depending on how I look at 145) by May. We have to stick around and cheer eachother on!

I can totally relate and feel like I wasted my 20ies being fat...I really want to feel pretty and go clothes shopping knowing I can wear almost everything.
I weigh myself every day in kilos and am currently looking at 81.2 which is 179. my starting weight in May was over 200.

Wow Andee, you are dropping fast! Are you exercising with your calorie counting? The last time I did this it took me 4 solid months to lose 35 pounds. I wish there was a faster way (don't we all)!

I am doing the c25k app and keep my calories between 1200 and 1400 as of right now. I think I'll up them soon though so I don't lose as fast. I crave junk food and think a more moderate calorie intake will help me with that. As of right now I'll stick with it cuz I feel so uncomfortable.

hey hope u dont mind me jumping in also.. i feel cheeky joining in at the end of the month but im sure ill see you all on the next month post :) my starting weight was 235lbs slow but surely losing weight by calorie counting and training for a half marathon!
7/23 - 211.8lbs

7/25 - 210.8lbs (slowly going down!)
7/26 - 211.8 water..

Welcome to all the new faces. Posting every day is definitely keeping me on track. My monthly visitor is due this week, kinda excited to see what my weight will be next week since I feel bloated but the scales are staying so steady. Usually I gain 2-3 lbs if not more. I'll be 32 in Oct, spent my 20s having babies, gaining and losing the weight from them.
Today was my daughter's 9th birthday, we went to the Chinese buffet for lunch and I made a red velvet cake with cream cheese frosting. I didn't eat too much, actually felt uncomfortably full after 1 plate. My butt is sore from doing sprints last night. I try to run 3 miles 4x/wk, doing interval sprints. Trying to get my 1st mile under 10 mins, right now lowest is 10:15.

Monthly visitor arrived right on time, scales are still staying pretty steady. Took my measurements and I'm down 1" in my bust/waist/hips (3" total).

Started training for a 10k yesterday and the weight seems to fall off. Lost 1.8 lbs in one day

Wow Andee312 you're doing great!! When is your 10k?
I run 4x/wk (mommy's quiet time lol), this week I *finally* managed to break 10 min mile. Tonight I did 6 miles in 68 mins. Unfortunately my scales are not as appreciative of my efforts, hoping to see a difference after my monthly visitor departs.

I'm excited; I've lost 10.4 pounds in two weeks with no exercise, and no calorie counting! Now that I've gotten used to IF, Iím going to pick up the pace this week! I plan on exercising everyday for at least an hour, and limiting my calories to no more than 1,500. :exercise:
