Default Is eating flounder every day bad?

I am just curious, because I ate flounder 2 days in a row and I was going to eat it again today but a friend told me it's bad to eat fish every day.

The problem with eating too much fish is mercury. I'm not an expert on how much is too much but at a certain point you can get mercury poisoning by eating too much, too often. A quick google search told me flounder is low in mercury compared to other types.

It depends on where your flounder is coming from. Seconding JohnP.
I always try to go for the wild caught fish option instead of the farm raised option.
