Default Hello everyone! New to the forum!
I just wanted to say hello to everyone, I just joined today! My name is Erin, I am the mother to 2 little kids, wife to a wonderful man, and decided I need to press my body's reset button, so am starting the Ideal Protein Diet now!

Just wanted to let you all know I will be lurking away for tips and tricks!

Any advice for a newbie who is doing this on her own? (I am in a remote area with no nearby programs so I am researching away to make sure I am doing this right!)

Hey Erin.
i've not been here long myself, but as you are doing this alone, you might find benefit from reading the alternative threads that give great insight in how to find products like IP or okay on the IP protocol....with reviews on taste and use etc

Hi Erin! I'm new too! My name is Deb and I have so far really enjoyed readi g everything everyone has to offer. I am down 2 lbs in 2 days if that is incentive :-)

Hi Erin! I am a newbie also...going on my third week. 11.5 in the first 2 weeks just proves it works. In my opinion, I am sticking strictly to IP products because it works for me and I don't want to 'muddy the waters'. Good LucK!!!

I am a newbie as well, and have lost 9 lbs in my first 2 weeks. Following protocol strictly It is working for me and easy to follow
