After being on the Ideal Protein diet since December 5, 2012 I can officially say I reached my goal! I am now however terrified looking at the phase 3 sheet. I have become institutionalized. I don't know if I am ready to give up my cheddar cheese strips and chocolate/cappuccino shakes.
So excited for you! You can do it. Just stick to the plan and you'll be fine. Breathe and realize that you can do this - you can make good decisions for yourself.
You will LOVE ph 3!!!! I look forward to waking up just because of breakfast. I exercise 5 days a week and do weights 4 days a week. I have NEVER felt better. Im supposed to go on ph4 soon but I am staying on ph 3 most of the time because the decisions are easier for me. Hopefully ur coach will give you sample breakfast menus and they are awesome!

I wasnt looking forward to going off phase 3 either, but things have been great. I am even losing in maintenance so far Keeping my cal per day around 1200 and sticking to fat for lunch and carb for supper .
