Phase 1.5 (fruit, no grain) **With a planned cheat**

Omlette w/ green pepper, ham & rf cheddar
Glass of skim milk

Taco salad (no chips) seasoned ground beef, romain lettuce, tomatoes, onion, jalapeno, ranch dressing
Diet coke

Meatballs (homemade, no bread crumbs) w/ nsa marinara & fresh parm
Green beans
Glass of skim milk

Piece of birthday cake** because its my bday, and I can have cake if I want to:joker:

day 4-phase 1
b-skim milk, egg/eggwhites, ff cheese, 2 sl. turkey bacon, onions, peppers, spinach
s-30 pistachios
l-sbd chili (1 serving) rf cheddar, skim milk
s-string cheese wrapped with a slice of turkey breast
d-pork tenderloin, steam broccoli w/ butter spray, salad w/ garbanzo beans
s-part skim ricotta cheese, vanilla, splenda

exercise 30 minute tape-plan on swimming again tonight

I'm not worrying about grains right now (and my belly shows it!)

B: overnight oats with blueberries
S: veggies +/- hummus
L: mixed veggie salad +/- turkey
D: mexican crock pot cass

b-skim milk, egg/eggwhites, ff cheese, 2 sl. turkey bacon, onions, peppers, spinach
s-30 pistachios
l-last of the pork tenderloin, salad w/garbanzos and lf cheese
s-30 pistachios
d-steak, steamed spinachw/butterspray, salad w/garbanzos and lf cheese
d-part skim ricotta cheese, vanilla, splenda

yesterday i did about 40 minutes of laps in my moms pool and an exercise video. tonight i just did my 30 min. exercise tape

On to today, the cake is all gone & Im back to eating clean.

1 egg "fried' and served over tomato slices & topped w/ sharp rf cheddar (s&p to taste)
V8 mixed with tangerine crystal lite

Peanutbutter banana muffin (flourless, recipe here ( w/ a dab of icbinb spread
Greek yogurt w/ vanilla
Veggie soup
Diet coke

Chicken Caesar salad w/ romaine lettuce, tomatoes, red onion, chicken breast, turkey bacon & renee garlic lovers dressing
Glass of skim milk

Cheese string & Cucumbers (when munchie later on)

B: Bowl of chili w/ egg on top
L: Green protein smoothie with natural crunchy p.b and sf choc syrup
D: Small lean steak w/ broccoli and sautéed mushrooms

I had planned on eating snacks with veggies in between but I just wasn't hungry.

B: veggie omelet (2 eggs + eggwhites, onion, b. pepper, mushrooms, tomato, and a sprinkle of lf shredded cheese) with 2 slices of Canadian bacon
L: another green smoothie - this time with kale instead of spinach...I'm a little addicted to these!
S: celery with hummus
D: a salad and chili

Phase 1. - Day 9 (I had miscounted)

B: scrammbled egg, canadian bacon, v8 juice
L: green smoothie with coffee
S: celery and hummus
D: chili and salad w/ ranch
S: sf fudge pop

Does anyone count calories? Adding yesterdays in my head I'm not sure I had enough calories.

B: sauteed brussel sprouts w/ bacon and a bean muffin
S: kale chips and yougart w/ crystal lite
L: italian sausage ragout
S: string cheese and celery w/ hummus
D: sausage beans and a salad
S: a few cashews

Pretty sure I'm going to tip the scale in the wrong direction with all of the beans I've been eating. Going to the gym tonight so I hope that helps!

L: salad with balsamic vinegar, steak with broiled veggies, diet coke
D: WW torilla burrito with beans and veggies, salsa and guacamole

D: PBC (if needed)

Too many wheat products being being out all day, I feel good about my choices!
