Default spearmint tea

Have any of you ever heard of drinking spearmint tea? Said it would help lower testosterone in pcos women. I read some post in different places and some talked about a reduction in facial/body hair..

That sounds like a big claim for a tea. Can't hurt to try though.

It might help. Not sure. I'm not sure how spearmint is similar or different from regular mint (the kind you can find growing like weeds near water), but that mint is also supposed to be good for digestion. It wouldn't hurt to try it.

Either way, even if it is something that works, it might work for you or it might not. It doesn't hurt to try, especially if you're one of the lucky ones.

Yep, heard of it. Haven't gone with it since I don't like mint tea though.
