Hi, I hope you'all will Pop-in here & chat whenever stuff gets to U :?: whether it's: work, people, bad food-habits, nomatter the reason, we ALL need to Vent & sometimes that is just as Soothing :df: as eating food & messing-up our bodies.
Eating Junk, is like giving the world permission to 'criticize us' for our size. Sooo please drop your 'silly, unhealthy foods' & give yourself a minute :smug: here. Maybe problems aren't as bad as they seem :hug:. Please share your Great days w us so we can Celebrate your successes w U :)

My dh is outdoors doing lawn work for over 4 hours today. Me I've only done 1 hr housework today :( & not many other chores. I really wish I had dh's energy level. I wonder if I ate more veggie-protein if my energy would double :?: He's a big meat eater, but I'm not. Anybody got any ideas or tips for me .... TY

I set a timer for 15 minute increments for any activities I don't like doing. At the end of 15 minutes I stop. It is amazing what I can accomplish in 15 minutes.

Hopefully if I get a routine like that, my energy will get better. Please come back again & I am soo Happy for your 51 pound Loss :carrot:

1 c. steamed frozen broccoli, topped w 1 c. bbq shredded pork.
1 glass of milk

Snack: sprinkled parmesan cheese on popcorn, no salt or butter.

HELP --- SOS :o
I gained 2# this week from EATING 1 10 OZ. bag of potato chips w 1 carton of non-fat plain yogurt instead of dip :( ..........

SHOULD I take a few water pills to 'flush-out' the salt or Should I drink 1 glass of water every hour I'm awake to try getting the salt out :?: ......

Quiet here, so I guess everyone is doing Great :smug: Supposed to b in the middle 90's till Sunday in MI, so I'll b eating lots of 'fruit slushies' this week :p & 'icy water flavored w cucumber slices' etc.
