Default July goals anyone?

Well it's getting close to July and I was wondering if anyone had any specific goals that they would like to obtain. They dont have to be scale victories only and even the ladies can chime in(you know ya want to ).

Mine are to follow a 1800 calorie diet and if I fall, to get up immediately and begin again. And to help to deter discouragement I only want to weigh at the beginning and end of the month.

My goal is to lose 30 pounds in july. I know I'm gonna have to work hard for it, but hey, I always like to challenge myself.

well I think I am gonna set a weight goal for 190 for the nex month with a soft goal of 196 which would make me no longer obese. I want to get below 20% body fat by the end of the month as well.

Great goals to set guys. I've want to loose 18 pounds. What kind of "diet" you doing sprogy? Good luck all and keep us posted.

To get into the 250s (anywhere, talking 259-258). I went back up to 268 recently. So doable....definitely doable. Still doing exercise everyday.

I do cardio and strength. On May 1 I could do 8 pushups, now I can do 23. I think that is ok given my 260s weight right now.

Getting into the 250s will be big for me. Getting under 250 is my first big...big goal downward. I will be psyched to get under that. I want that for the 'end of summer' around labor day.

Just hit 260. Have been doing a C25K and walking more I am sure that helped. Downward and downward.
