Default feeling frustrated

I decided to try again last week. I posted a couple post on 'featherweights' thread, but thought I'd post here today. I started on Thursday 6/20 @ 157.8. I weighed daily & had set a calorie goal to be in the range of 1300. Here's my weigh in & calories..I know it's back & forth on the calories.

6/20 154.4 1310
6/21 154.8 1237
6/22 154.4 1045
6/23 153.6 1538
6/24 153.8 875
6/25 153.6 1374
6/26 153.8 1415

Todays weight 155.2

I know any loss is good, but if I don't see a good loss , i get frustrated. & that weight jump from yesterday - today is bad.

I've been trying to do a hula hoop workout. I did it for 5 days this week just to get started getting more activity. I have WATP videos I'm going to start cuz I enjoyed them in the past. I am hypothyroid but I'm supose to be 'leveled' out. I just checked a calorie calculator @ freedieting & (depending on activity) I need between 1294 & 1485 cal. daily. I'm hoping to get to 135 but anything less than that would be thanks.

Your sudden gain is probably just water and should go away in a day or 2. Concentrate on quality food for your diet and keep on going. You seem to be on the right track.
