I am doing it right now. I just finished my 10 day cleanse and today I am starting the max phase. Everyone is different but I lost 6 pounds and 6 3/4" in 10 days. It's definitely not a miracle plan. You have to work at it, and it's hard. I am NOT a clean eater, and I never will be. But I ate so stinking clean this last 10 days it was crazy! And I feel fabulous. Could I have done it without Advocare? Maybe - but it certainly didn't hurt. I have so much energy these days and feel wonderful. Better than I have felt in years! I know there are people who don't like it, but that's with any program. I will NOT debate it. It is working *FOR ME*. If you put the work into it, it will work for you too.
