Hey I am with you Lindsay :)
Phase one week 2 :carrot:
B- 2 eggs ....gotta get some v8 to go with them ;)
L- lean steak and squash
S- homeade meatballs ( just lean beef and onions in ball form lol) with 1/2 cup nsa spagetti sauce and maybe some more squash lol
s- phase one peanut butter cookie and glass of skim milk
2- sf jello

Phase 1.5 (fruit, no grain)

WOW Christian thats alot of squash! Hope you enjoyed it :)

Greek Yogurt w/ vanilla & 1/2 banana

Garden Salad w/ romaine, tomatoes, green peppers, cucumber, cauliflower, HB egg @ italian vinegarette

Bunless burger (homemade, no breadcrumbs) w/ jalapenos, tomatoes, mustard & Ketchup (nsa)
Brocolli
Carrots
Skim Milk

Celery w/ pb (when munchie later on)

yesterday:
B: mush and onion omelette
L: black bean salad, couple pieces roast beef lunch meat
D: taco salad
D: nectarine

Today:
B: leftover ranch chicken kabobs (I really didn't want an omelette again!)
L: black bean salad, slice of roast beef with sliver cheese
S: apple
D: sausage, red cabbage, salad
D: peanuts

2 HB eggs mushed up w/ icbinb
Skim milk

cauliflower w/ ranch

Greek yogurt w/ vanilla, mixed with: a few banana slices, a few grapes & a few tangerine segments
Cheese string
Diet coke

Celery w/ pb

Chicken taco salad w/ romaine, tomatoes, jalapenos, onions, rf cheddar & ranch
Skim milk

Cucumber w/ cream cheese (if/when munchie)

Ive been bad with posting the last couple of weeks, could be that Im expirencing a bit of a plateau which is leaving me unmotivated...or it could just be the lack of posting is causing my plateau... I suppose time will tell.

Phase 1.5 (fruit, no grain)

TBacon
Greek yogurt w/ vanilla
10 Peanuts

Slice of watermelon (being bad, I know)

Cheese String
Cauliflower & orange pepper w/ ranch

Meatballs (homemade, no bread crumbs) w/ nsa marinara & fresh parm.
Green Beans
Garden Salad w/ romaine, tomatoes, cucumber & italian vingarette
Glass of Skim milk

Celery w/ light cream cheese & jalapenos (when munchie later)

I'm restarting -- again! I started on Friday, but didn't want to post until I was reasonably sure I would be sticking with it. If I make it through three days, I should be able to. I'm very happy at least a few others are posting. Hello, River Girl, TwynnB and Christian!

B: tbacon and eggs
L: slices of roast beef wrapped in red leaf lettuce
Sn: peanut butter in celery sticks
D: (planned) salmon with lemon and thyme baked with mixed vegetables (Whole Foods has some wonderful packages of several vegetables, which is helpful to me, as someone who lives alone)
