Cool Goals to meet! Happiness will soon be found!

Hiiii!
I am feeling a little hyper while writing this even tho it is past 4 am....i thought it was like 1am -.- maybe I should sleep

Nope not sleepy!

Anywhoooo I started at 277 lbs and am 274 lbs right now. WOot

I want to weight 160lbs figured that weight on BMI want to be healthy
So thats a total of 117 pounds starting from 277 I plan on splitting that up because small numbers are far less intimidating!

ONTO THE MINI GOALS

My mini goals will go 20lbs at a time

Mini goal 1: 20lbs=Not met yet
Mini goal 2: 20lbs=Not met yet
Mini goal 3: 20lbs=Not met yet
Mini goal 4: 20lbs=Not met yet
Mini goal 5: 20lbs=Not met yet
Mini goal 6: 17lbs=Not met yet

This will take a loooonnngg time but it will be so worth it.

Any one else have long plans like mine? Feel free to share them. We can loose together

Congratulations! I've found that really solidifying my "WHY" helps me to stay focused. Why do you want to get healthy? Make it about something so much more than a number (I want to have energy to keep up with my kids!). Write it down and read it every day. You'll get there. Keep up the great work!
