I'd like to start this...I don't have the book yet though. I know I need to eat 1lb cooked veggies daily and 1lb raw veggies daily, but after that I get a little lost. What dressings can I use on salads?
It says no dairy, but is that because of fat? What about FF sour cream? I usually mix a teaspoon with salsa to make a very low cal dressing. Can I even have salsa?
It says 2oz avacado daily that it for fat? So if I have that I can't have any other fat like nuts or oil based dressing?

Has anyone done this? Advice?

I think you should read the book, the reason for no dairy is health reasons and not the fat. Salsa is just veggies itself and a pretty excellent dressing, I use it.

And Eat to Live is a low fat diet so that is why fat is greatly limited.

This link might help you but really if you want to do it, I suggest getting the book from the library

And many recipes including salads

Also, I just did a google search for "Eat to Live salad dressings" and came up with a bunch of hits. This blog post has quite a few that might interest you:
