So I started the program today and I'm hoping people who have done it can assure me that I will eventually pick up on the routines!! I did the "new here" version and I still had a hard time keeping up, but I kept things moving!!

i love turbo fire!. im in between doing this and les mills combat you will pick up the moves after the week is over trust me, i have 2 left feet and still get on ok

I think Turbo Fire is all about practice - the more you do the routines the better you get to know Chalene's prompts. In a few weeks it'll be much easier to follow!
