Sick of this struggle. I need to lose 40 lbs. I am sick of trying to lose weight and binging two days later. I find it so hard to eat healthy. I like exercising but I eat horribly. I was wondering what is a healthy timeline to lose 40 lbs? Also how have people done it. Im sick of this. Please help.

This post might do better with more replies if it was in "Weightloss Support" so hopefully a moderator will move it. "Goal" is when you reach your goal weight. :)
But, to answer your question, it really depends on how much you weigh and what your goal weight is. The higher your weight, the easier it is to get the weight off in the beginning. The usual loss in a higher category would be 1-2lbs a week. If you are a lower category, the weightloss would be a bit less than that.
