BRUNCH
waffle = 4
bacon = 2.5
4 oz juice = 1

SNACK
cheese = 6

DINNER
grilled chicken = 4
bun = 1
cheese = 1
broc, grn beans, potatoes = 1
fruit = 2

DAILY TOTAL = 27

5 minute cool down walk
30 minutes weights & abs
1 hour tennis!

BEFORE TENNIS SNACK
oatmeal raisin bar = 3

chicken = 3
brocolli = 0

REFLECTIONS ~ never should have brought the doritos into the house. Intended to put them in serving size baggies. didn't wait that long to start eating them. sigh.
