Weight Loss Buddies
Hi all!
I am a 26yr old female struggling with compulsive/emotional overeating. I have been tryin to get back on my eating plan (which has worked wonders for me in the past, before the stress of work hit) but I seem that I have lost all hope since the weight piled back on. I am looking for someone in a similar situation/trying to shed some weight to offer me support visa versa.
If you live nearby (Bromley, Kent, UK) then meeting face to face and going on walks would be awesome. If not, then phone calls/emails would be fine.
