I want to get myself in a morning routine of drinking 8 ozs of water as soon as I wake and then get in another 8 ozs with breakfast. I do a good job on water intake but wanted to up it more. After breakfast I will do an exercise DVD or swim and do water exercises and then fully dust and clean one or two areas of my home. After lunch I want to get in another exercise DVD or swim again.

edited to add in...
evening: WATP Get Up and Get Started 1 mile (had a Memorial Day picnic dinner)

16 ozs of water by the end of breakfast

Youīre doing great! Iīm sure the extra hydration will help you immensely in your weight loss and itīs specially important now that summer is coming!

Thank you, FiftyFive! I am going to have to be deligent the next few weeks and then it should become pretty routine for me. We just made an out-of-state move from a northern state to a southern state. I had to turn on the air last month. We will have to get use to the 6 months of heat and humity. lol
