So a few years ago this site was a huge help to me as I lost 60 lbs. Unfortunately, it's ALL back. I was glad to have kept it off for a few years, but alas, here we are again.

So anyways, I just wanted to say "hey" and you'll be seeing me around! :)

So.... Just to keep me accountable for the rest of the month, these are my goals: 30 minutes of any kind of exercise daily, and 1500 calories.
5/25 C25K w1d1, 1085 calories
5/26 30m boot camp DVD, 1085 calories
5/27 30DS Lv 1, 1185 calories
5/28 20 min elliptical, 20 min toning, 1100 calories
