Hi everyone! I have been on 3FC for about a month, and have yet to really start my weight loss journey. I am a college student and just finished with my finals, and had the mindset that "I'll start later." I finally plan on officially starting WW and working out tomorrow, but I'm afraid it'll soon fade out, the same way it has all other times I have tried WW. I can't afford to do WW online or attend meetings, so I am just doing it at home. My family is supportive of me, but I have a hard time keeping myself accountable to follow the plan long term. It's frustrating because I really do want to lose weight and get in shape, but I never seem to be able to follow through with it. I need some way to keep myself accountable for making this lifestyle change. Any suggestions?
