New to the Community & midway through South Beach Phase 1 for first time ever! First few days felt great but now I've noticed I am kinda beginning to gorge on permissible foods until I feel like I will explode? Does this go away? Anyone else ever find this? Is that the withdrawal pangs of NO SUGAR NO STARCH and will it go away? LOL.
SBD is not a no starch plan. Healthy carbs are an important part of Phase I. Gorging on anything will definitely affect your loss - calories are calories!
