Interesting. I think I accidentally did this for a month or two. I ate tons of vegetarian protein and tried to keep carbs down. I stalled the entire time. So, I switched my nutrients around (I use Calorie Count food tracking). I changed my "status" as vegetarian...which then had my percentages change for me (lowering my protein). I'm scared to weigh myself again (it's so defeating) but after about a week and half my clothes are fitting better. I also went to a wedding reception yesterday wearing a dress and looked awesome. I think I've lost a pound or two.
